Dear Cabot Families:



We are heading down to the wire for this year's Cabot Fair.? This year's fair will be Saturday, May 3, from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.?? We only have 4 school days left to fill approximately 50 remaining volunteer slots, so WE NEED YOU! ?? This event is Cabot School PTO's largest and most important fundraiser and requires?help from nearly all Cabot families. Thanks if you have already volunteered to help. If you have not yet chosen a time slot, please do so now. We are able to make changes if needed later.??



The time slots breakdown as follows. We need:?

?

at least????16 volunteers?? 11:00 - 12:30 time slot

at least??? 15 volunteers???12:30 - 2:00? time?slot

at least????16 volunteers??? 2:00 - 3:30 time slot



There is also a 9:30 - 11:00 time slot but it is full. If this is the ONLY time you can volunteer, please let us know and we can see if we can arrange a switch with another family. 



Please let?the volunteer coordinators know?which of these slots you are available for as soon as possible.?? At this point in time, our need for volunteers is urgent. The Fair cannot be held without volunteers to run the games and activities that the kids enjoy so much.? THANK YOU for your help!
