As we get ready to head back to school, we wanted to let you know that the Cabot PTO will again be offering
Family Picture Day!  

Cabot PTO Presents Family Picture Day!

Do you have a yearly family photo taken? Would you like to? This is the ideal opportunity to have a high quality portrait taken of your family & to benefit Cabot School at the same time! Monies raised from this event will help maintain the Cabot Community Park outside our Kindergarten wing, due to be dedicated in the Fall, which will also be used as an outdoor extension of our classrooms!

This unique program offered by Coffee Pond Productions enables Cabot School families to have their photographs taken in the beautiful surroundings of the Cove in Auburndale!  Bring along extended family members, even your pets! Orders will be available in time for the holidays. 

How does this work? It’s very simple but please read carefully…….

 

Ø      To participate you need to pay a non refundable booking fee of $30 - 100% is donated to the Cabot PTO.  

 

Ø      Tear off the slip from this flyer, fill it out & put it along with your check (payable to “Cabot PTO”) in an envelope marked “Coffee Pond”. Before school starts send it to Sharon Dwyer, 57 Oakwood Road, Newtonville, MA 02460 or after put sure into the PTO mailbox located in the Cabot Office. 

      

Ø      Sharon, our Cabot parent coordinator, will give you a contact number for Coffee Pond once she has your booking fee & you’ll be able to book your appointment. Timeslots on October13th, 20th or 27th - with rain dates for each being the next day, Sunday – can be booked from September 4th onwards. They are given out on a first-come first-served basis & we are not the only school participating. So the quicker you sign up with Sharon the better your chances are of getting an appointment! 

Ø      In addition to the booking fee what will this cost?

When you book your appointment you pay Coffee Pond a $35 Administrative Fee (credit card only) which helps defray their expenses in running this Fundraising program - refundable only if you cancel your appointment. After that it depends upon what photographs you order (no minimum required) which you’ll be able to view & order only online. Check out prices on their website www.coffeepond.com
