The Cabot PTO has been asked to send out this reminder concerning Autumn
Fest

 

 

Cabot's Autumn Fest - Tuesday November 21st at 11am

 

Each year prior to the Thanksgiving break, Ms. Ropi joins with her other
music colleagues - this year Ms. Nicolucci - at Cabot to present 

a musical array of songs. Children in each grade have an opportunity to
practice skills that are a part of the music curriculum. Each grade 

level will serve as a performer while the others learn how to practice
audience skills. This is a very full program and it is our expectation 

that children will apply the skills learned in class to this seasonal fest!

 

We realize that this is an event to which many parents look forward to and
enjoy attending. This year, with increased enrollment & 

large number of facility and staff,  we are particularly challenged to make
this a family event. We are asking for your co-operation to 

consider how many members from any family attend, and asking that non-school
aged children eg. Infants and toddlers, not attend. We also 

ask that parents make alternative arrangements and do not bring strollers
into the school building.

 

In order to safely assemble the students into the gym and to facilitate
warm-ups, parents and guardians are asked not to 

enter the gym until 10:45am. Please wait outside the school building,
weather permitting. Every inch of the gym has been used, including 

this year the stage. Seats will be available for parents along the left hand
side entering the gym and at the back. We ask that seats not be held for 

others and to respect the reserved seat sign - these are to allow faculty to
sit near to their students.
