Hello and welcome everyone to the new school year! I hope you have had a nice transition so far. 
 
As announced earlier, we have been planning a few "Meet and Greet Jim Swaim" (Cabot's new interim principal) events. Over the summer, we had one such event for the families of children with special needs, which was well attended and quite successful. 
 
We have a second "Meet and Greet" scheduled this Wednesday, September 10 and everyone is invited to attend. Originally scheduled to be held at Jenny Gamson and Steve Seckler's house, this event has been moved to the Vahalia home at 53 Sheffield Road, from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Please note that this is a strictly social event for adults to get an opportunity to chat with Jim in a casual environment. If you have specific question related to your child, or your particular classroom, please schedule a meeting with him by calling the office. 
 
We realize there may be interest in a third "Meet and Greet" later in the fall. If you would like to attend and can't come on September 10, please contact me, Archana Vahalia or Jenny Gamson (jenny@seckler.com). If enough people are interested, we will try to find another date.

No childcare will be provided.
